Successful Annual General Meeting of EASY-CERT group AG
On Thursday, 25 June 2026, EASY-CERT group AG held its Annual General Meeting at FiBL in Frick. Numerous shareholders, guests and employees took the opportunity to learn more about the Group's development and current topics across its various business areas.
During the statutory part of the meeting, all agenda items were approved. The shareholders also elected Richard Tüscher and Robert Holzer as new members of the Board of Directors. With Richard Tüscher, FiBL is once again represented on the Board. Robert Holzer returns to the Board, bringing valuable experience from his previous term as a member. EASY-CERT group AG looks forward to working with both new Board members and wishes them every success in their new roles.
Following the Annual General Meeting, participants enjoyed an informative programme of presentations. Guest speaker Stefan Kohler, CEO of the Swiss Milk Producers' Organisation (BOM), provided valuable insights into the role of climate protection in the Swiss dairy sector and presented the organisation's strategic objectives in this field. His presentation highlighted current developments as well as future challenges facing the industry. Emel Erkan, Managing Director of bio.inspecta Türkiye, then presented the achievements and developments of the past financial year and shared an outlook on the continued growth of the Turkish office. Dóra Mészáros, Managing Director for Bio Garancia Hungary, introduced ABG's international activities and provided an overview of collaboration and the ongoing development of its international offices.
Once again, the Annual General Meeting proved to be a valuable platform for personal exchange between shareholders, the Board of Directors, Executive Management and employees. During the subsequent lunch, participants continued discussions in a pleasant atmosphere, strengthened existing relationships and established new contacts.
